Team player Career driven Passion for Estate Agency Key duties for the Trainee Sales Negotiator position: Generating leads through calls, emails, and marketing efforts. Advising buyers and sellers on market conditions a Staying updated on local property market trends and pricing. Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Keep all parties updated, booking in mortgage appointments and valuations when possible. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements.
