Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Handling full conveyancing process from instruction to registration Drafting and processing of transfer and bond documentation Liaising with clients, banks, and Deeds Office Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and timelines Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate file records Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary Experience in bond registrations is highly advantageous Strong administrative and organisational skills Proficient in Lexis Convey, Web Convey for bonds, or similar systems Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Remuneration: Salary range: R18,000 R25,000 per month, depending on experience.
