IOD (Injury on Duty) Specialist

Assist with: Coordinating the refund/reimbursement of employee-paid medical expenses, Processing the claims through the Compensation Fund correctly, Ensuring all documentation is compliant and complete, Liaising with service providers and employees where required. Must be a specialist in Injury on Duty (IOD) procedures and Compensation Fund administration. Must have hands-on experience in IOD processes and familiarity with COIDA regulations and workflows.
