Warehouse Supervisor – Paarden Eiland

REQUIREMENTS Matric (Grade12) or equivalent (post-matric qualification is an advantage) At least two years warehouse, logistics, and stock control experience Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Excellent attention to detail with formidable organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Familiarity with health and safety regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Willingness to work extended hours/shifts to meet customer requirements DUTIES Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in compliance with health and safety regulations Supervise stock control, including receiving, storage, and dispatching, while minimizing damages, losses, and discrepancies Conduct regular cycle counts, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and oversee periodic stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy Plan and manage logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries Maintain accurate stock transaction records on the computer system Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse infrastructure, equipment and fleet Lead, train and support a professional, customer-focused warehouse team Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
