Sales Representative – JHB South & West

Description: · Sell a large portfolio of products to an existing customer base. · Be responsible for taking orders when calling on customers. · Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. · Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. · Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. · Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. · Responsible for individual sales performance, contributing to company performance. · Growth value of company product portfolio. · Ensure sales targets are met in line with company strategy and marketing plans within assigned geographical areas. · To execute, with excellence, the company strategic sales and marketing plan. · Marketing objectives to be achieved. · Participate in all internal training programs. · Participate in training and on boarding of new team members as well as self- development and organizational development. · Look for new business opportunities. Requirements: · Excellent Communication Skills verbal, written & presentation. · Excellent People skills. · Computer skills Microsoft Office. · Time management & organisational skills. · Excellent Selling and Negotiating skills. · Minimum of 2 years sales/industry related work experience. · Good physical health / able to sit or stand for long periods of time. · Flexible approach to working hours with a willingness and ability to respond to needs outside office hours during the early morning, evenings and weekends. · Flexible approach to travelling. · Fluent in Afrikaans & English · Reside in JHB.
