Junior Cardiothoracic Product Specialist

Job Title: Junior Product Specialist, Cardiothoracic Division Location: Cape Town Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years of medical sales experience, preferably in cardiac or related field Qualifications: Qualified Perfusionist or Cardiac scrub nurse or Cardiac ICU Nurse preferred Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the cardiothoracic field - Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and support staff - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans for the cardiothoracic division - Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote products and gather market intelligence - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth - Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry regulations - Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market research Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Analytical and strategic thinking - Knowledge of the cardiac and cardiothoracic field - Familiarity with medical sales processes and regulations If you meet the requirements for this position and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.
