HR Consultant/Manager

Our client is looking for a driven and knowledgeable HR Consultant to join their team and support a growing client base in George and the surrounding regions . The ideal candidate would have Labour experience and possible union experience as well as CCMA representation and then, a working knowledge of compliance (BEE, WSP and ATR, Popi). This role will be remote for now ✠Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Deliver strategic HR solutions tailored to client needs Strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR) Sound working knowledge of: B-BBEE Employment Equity (EE) Skills Development (WSP & ATR) POPIA compliance Experience representing clients at the CCMA or Bargaining Councils is advantageous Willingness to travel is essential - travel to clients in the George area so including Oudtshoorn, Wilderness, Knysna, and surrounding areas. Tertiary Qualification in HR, IR etc. Driver's License and own vehicle
