KS1 Teacher Vacancy in Wigan Randstad Education is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join our network of fantastic schools in the Wigan area. The Role: What You'll Be Doing Planning and delivering the Year 2 national curriculum in an engaging and creative way. Assessing student progress and providing meaningful, constructive feedback. Maintaining excellent classroom management to ensure a productive and safe learning space. Collaborating with fellow staff to uphold high standards of teaching and a supportive school culture. Contributing to the wider life of the school, including meetings and professional development. What We Require Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) . Proven experience teaching at Key Stage 1 , specifically with the Year 2 curriculum. A strong understanding of assessment and tracking frameworks. The ability to build rapport with students and motivate them to achieve their best. A strong commitment to child welfare and safeguarding. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
