Your Role: Teach and lead a class of pupils with severe learning difficulties, adapting your teaching style to suit a range of additional needs including Autism and complex communication challenges. Design and deliver creative, multisensory lessons that support personal, social, and academic development. Take on leadership responsibilities, helping shape the curriculum and supporting other staff in best practice. Work closely with the wider team-including therapists, support staff, and families-to ensure holistic pupil progress.
