Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Receptionist and Office Administrator to join our logistics and transport team. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage storage inventories and stock control. Assist with general transport and warehouse administration duties. Answer incoming calls on our national switchboard, in both Afrikaans and English. Respond to general telephone and email queries. Process and issue invoices. Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 qualification (average of 65%). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Well-spoken in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written communication skills. Professional and confident telephone etiquette. Drivers license and reliable transport. Will be required to work one weekend per month. Have sober habits. Reside in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), or willing to relocate.
