Job Description
Oversee the full Food and Beverage operation, including dining service, bar, and special event coordination Manage, train, and motivate a team of service staff to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure food and beverage offerings meet 5-star standards Maintain impeccable hygiene and service standards across all outlets Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships Be hands-on with guests engaging, checking in during meals, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects luxury hospitality Continuously review systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction Minimum 35 years experience in a senior Food & Beverage role in a 5-star environment (lodge/hotel/cruise) Strong leadership and staff management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities outgoing, confident, and service-driven A genuine love for working with people and providing warm, attentive service Knowledge of wine pairing, food trends, and luxury hospitality standards Must be willing to live and work in a remote lodge environment on a scheduled work cycle Drivers license and contactable references essential Competitive salary Live-in accommodation Meals on duty Work cycle and leave to be discussed Stunning location and a chance to be part of a world-class hospitality team
