Primary packaging and secondary packaging assistant

About the role: To support the packaging process by ensuring that products are correctly packed in their initial (primary) packaging according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Primary packing (capsule bottling and sealing) Blister packing (setting up machine; aligning; testing PVC and Foil; change parts learning) In process checks of products Secondary packing (Labelling; cartooning; batch coding) Tertiary packing (Boxing and reconciliation) Palletizing Primary area and secondary area cleaning Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Basic knowledge of safety protocols. Reliability and punctuality. Qualifications: South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the programme before.
