ASSISTANT MECHANIC WORKER Dealesville

Work together with maintenance manager to attend to all maintenance and mechanical tasks Ensure daily maintenance is done on specific sites Inspect and repair feeding equipment Assist with installations. Assist with the repair of general building deviations Assist and manage the preparations of sites to receive new birds. Repair and maintain feeding system. Assist with repairs on main water line and water supply to sites Repair and maintain gates and fences 1o ensure no unauthorized entry Effective time management. Troubleshoot and repair ventilation, heating and air conditioning units. Ensure all equipment is in working order Clean all equipment after use. Complete inspection cards prior to repairs being done Completion of Healthy and Safety inspections cards Assist and conduct general housekeeping activities Grade 12 Numerical Literacy Any relevant electrical, civil, plumbing and mechanical experience would be an advantage Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in the area of Rearing Laying Proficiency in English (Verbal & Written) Must have good understanding regarding poultry equipment Ability to identify tools, fittings, equipment and material related to be done Solid knowledge and communication Ability to work in a team Detail orientated Safety consciousness Excellent hand-eye coordination
