Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Open and manage job cards for R&M and insurance claims Source and submit quotes; liaise with contractors, assessors, insurers, and brokers Coordinate contractor appointments and track job progress via RMO system Manage contractor invoicing, approvals, and payments Provide regular updates to Trustees, ExCom, and Portfolio Managers Schedule meetings, manage diaries, attend site visits, and document follow-ups Ensure accurate scheme record-keeping and documentation Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders Respond to queries, complaints, and emails professionally and promptly Requirements: Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job management systems (e.g., RMO) Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
