An opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a busy conveyancing team in a Leicestershire-based law firm. Job ref: TL0398 OVERVIEW: • This role includes managing your own caseload of various residential conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase, re-mortgage, right to buy and lease extensions from the initial inception through to conclusion. • You will have experience with managing own residential conveyancing caseload with minimum supervision. • You will be able to generate a fee income according to agreed targets. • You will be liaising with clients and estate agents whilst continuously developing professional relationships with clients. • The appointed candidate will be expected to provide excellent client service and care.
