Housing Litigation Lawyer London Local Authority Locum Contract Hybrid ASAP Start Sellick Partnership is pleased to be recruiting for a locum Housing Litigation Lawyer on behalf of a well-established London Local Authority. The council is offering an initial 3 month contract but has said this is highly likely to be extended on a rolling basis. This role will be full-time across five days per week. The successful Housing Litigation Lawyer role will manage a varied caseload, so experience in the following areas will be beneficial: Disrepair Anti-social behaviour Unauthorised occupation Fraud Possession The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx) and from a Local Government background, however the client is also willing to consider non-qualified lawyers given they have the necessary expertise.
