Residential Property Solicitor, 3 PQE, Worcestershire. Job Ref: TL0388 OVERVIEW: •The appointed conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters •Your caseload will consist of, sales, re-mortgages, freeholds, leaseholds, and new plot purchases •In this role, you will provide excellent service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing •The firm are looking for experienced solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with around 3 years’ PQE. •Previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions •You will be able to run a caseload under minimal supervision •On offer is a competitive salary, generous annual leave, flexible working and many more!
