Job Description

Requirements: BCom Accounting 15 years experience (with at least 5 years in a FM role ) Preference will be given to experience within financial services or private equity Owns transport and valid drivers license Attention to detail Timeous delivery and meeting deadlines Tenacity and a high standard of work ethic Has a high sense of urgency in completing work Has initiative and drive Takes ownership for achieving allocated tasks General communication skills and a team player Responsibilities: Is mainly responsible for the financial accounting function of the company and group entities: Finalisation of Trial Balances Monthly management accounts; Consolidation of all entities of the company; Annual financial statements preparation and finalisation ; Annual budget preparation; and Audit oversight. Ensures compliance with the companys statutory obligations. Taxation; Companies Act; FICA/KYC; FSB; and BEE. Works closely with bookkeeper; Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
