MATURE RETIRED FARM MANAGEMENT COUPLE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 years in tree farming, and experience of the hospitality industry Experience in guest farm management is beneficial. Strong work ethic. Computer literate Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven management and leadership capabilities. Valid drivers license DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Manage workers to do maintenance on the farm including roads, buildings, tree plantation, firebreaks, vehicles, lawns, firewood for syndicate houses. Manage domestic cleaners to maintain the guest and other houses. Identify opportunities to increase income for the shareholders to make the farm more sustainable.
