As a key member of the maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for: Responding to machinery breakdowns and site issues with urgency and professionalism Supporting and improving preventative maintenance schedules Contributing to safety initiatives and facility enhancement projects Working independently and as part of a shift-based team Liaising with external contractors while ensuring compliance with company policies ✅ Candidate Requirements : Essential : Proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Experience working with CNC machinery Knowledge of drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Desirable : 18th Edition wiring regulations certification Mechanical skills (e.g., spindle rebuilds, bearing replacements) Relevant formal qualification in maintenance (preferred but not essential)
