Private Client Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a forward-thinking and dynamic law firm located in the heart of Buckinghamshire. They are looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with around 2–3 years PQE to take the next step in their career. The Role Reporting to the Head of Private Client, you will manage your own caseload and advise clients on a wide range of matters including: Wills and Estate Administration Court of Protection Lasting Powers of Attorney Drafting Deeds of Variation Inheritance Tax Planning Trusts Benefits included with the role: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and Christmas closure.
