Product Owner

Product Owner, SaaS 2-3 times a month in either Hampshire or Worcestershire. Role Overview My client is seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of high-impact products that enhance customer experience and drive business objectives. In this role, you'll prioritize features, define product strategies, and collaborate across departments, helping shape their cutting-edge product ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Advocate for customer needs and represent the product vision within the development team. Own and prioritize the backlog of user stories. Work closely with development teams to refine requirements and plan sprints. Lead product demonstrations, document features, and respond to feedback. Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders. Assist marketing and non-technical teams with product-related initiatives. Requirements: Experience Demonstrated success as a Product Owner in an Agile environment. Familiarity with tools like DevOps or JIRA . Desirable Experience in B2B/B2C UX and Design Familiarity with insurance or broking Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel . Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
