Digital Analyst Up to £50,000 Bonus London (Hybrid) THE COMPANY This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s best-known beauty and e-commerce brands. They're scaling quickly and investing in digital, and are now looking to bring on a Digital Data Analyst to help them optimise performance across their online platforms. THE ROLE Sitting within the digital analytics team, you’ll be focused on understanding customer behaviour, optimising the user journey, and helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions. You’ll be: Writing and optimising BigQuery SQL scripts to analyse GA4 data and integrate backend sources Building dashboards and reports to track KPIs across A/B testing, traffic, engagement, conversion and marketing performance Visualising insights using Power BI or Google Data Studio for non-technical stakeholders Working with tools like GA4 and Quantum Metric to provide actionable recommendations to the wider team Supporting data modelling to ensure clean, reliable structures for analysis Ensuring accuracy and quality of data while translating findings into business impact YOUR SKILLS You’ll need: Strong SQL experience (especially in BigQuery and GA4 data exports) Hands-on experience with GA4 in a digital or e-commerce environment Familiarity with Google Tag Manager A solid understanding of digital performance metrics and customer journey analysis Background in e-commerce, retail or a similar consumer-focused sector THE BENEFITS Up to £40,000 base salary bonus Hybrid working (London-based office) Strong progression opportunities in a fast-growing digital team
