Data Analyst – SQL / Looker / dbt Exposure London – Hybrid (1 day a week in office) Up to £50,000 The Company A tech-enabled insurer built for the modern economy. With a growing customer base and a strong funding track record, they are investing in maturing their analytics function, and shifting away from legacy BI tools toward a modern, scalable stack. The Role This is a hands-on analytics role focused on improving visibility across business performance and customer behaviour. You’ll be building dashboards, owning regular reporting, and partnering with teams across the company to enable data-driven decisions. The team is mid-transition from Power BI to Looker, and you’ll play a key role in that transformation. Key responsibilities in the role: Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Looker Provide stakeholders with timely and accurate reports across marketing, product, ops, and finance Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present insights to non-technical audiences Work with analytics engineers to improve data quality and documentation Support data literacy across the business by sharing knowledge and best practices What You’ll Bring Previous experience working with SQL and Looker Exposure to dbt, or keen interest to build skills in that area Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis Strong communicator with experience working cross-functionally Comfortable working in a changing environment and suggesting process improvements Why Apply This is a great opportunity to grow your analytics career in a company committed to data maturity.
