• Executive Search Consultant - 180 recruitment (GTM positions) • £40,000–£60,000 base bonus • Soho, London | Hybrid 3 days in-office 3Search is on the hunt for someone with 360 contingent recruitment experience in Professional Services, interested in taking their first steps into executive search. This is a newly created role to meet growing demand for executive-level search. If you’ve cut your teeth in 360 recruitment and want to move into retained, this is your chance to do it with experts. You'll work side-by-side with Partners to deliver on complex mandates and deepen our executive presence across GTM hiring.
