Job Description
Senior People and Culture Manager Central London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office) £90,000 - £100,000 bonus and benefits A leading global provider of operations, technology, and data solutions to the insurance sector is seeking a Senior HR professional to lead their UK People & Culture function. As the company’s sole UK HR representative, you’ll play a critical strategic and operational role in driving people initiatives across three UK entities, while collaborating with global HR colleagues in Europe, India, and the US. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, strategic HR leader with strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience in multinational environments, and the ability to influence and execute across business functions. As the UK People & Culture Lead, you will: Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, supporting business growth and culture development. Lead and localise global HR transformation initiatives including performance, engagement, DE&I, and digital HR. Champion cultural integration, aligning UK operations with a globally consistent Employee Value Proposition. Manage UK-specific HR operations, including compliance, payroll, benefits, and employment law. Be the point person for UK HR audits, policy development, and employment relations. Deliver insights and data to support strategic decisions across business units. Experience required: 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or standalone HR role. Strong background in UK employment law and HR compliance. Must have previous experience working within the Insurance industry Experience within a multinational or matrixed organisation; exposure to EMEA regions is a plus. Demonstrated ability to drive both strategic projects and hands-on operational HR. Familiarity with HRMS platforms and experience leading HR system implementations. Previous experience supporting insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
