Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance in our fast-moving, fully automated manufacturing environment. You'll ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while optimising asset availability and reducing downtime. Your hands-on expertise will enable you to carry out repairs, perform regular inspections, and troubleshoot mechanical systems, all contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with a small team, your role will be pivotal in cultivating a culture of safety and efficiency across both our facilities. Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements: A relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (NVQ, HNC), or completion of an apprenticeship in maintenance engineering. Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally within a kiln or furnace environment. Strong troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of controls and fault analysis. Proven ability in both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined team.
