Job Description
Accountable Recruitment are partnering with an industry leading, global manufacturing company based in Wrexham, to recruit a Head of Finance. Reporting to the Business Controller you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, leading a small team and business partnering across the group. Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a business partner to manage a global business Lead annual budget process and monthly forecasts for P&L and balance sheet, including working capital. Manage the monthly consolidation and related reporting requirements, including UK statutory requirements. Ensure conformity with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and all Corporate policies. Work closely with the corporate UK office on tax related topics. Provide support and leadership of all internal and external audits. Lead process improvements in month-end processes, FP&A and compliance. Drive the organization to achieve short- and long-term business objectives. Assist with ad hoc requests from the division or Corporate Position requirements: ACA or ACCA qualified US GAAP and working experience in SOX Minimum 10 years in controlling and accounting experience, including as a UK Qualified Accountant with experience in hands on Management Accounts. Muli-entity experience within a global business. Very organized and strong analytical skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
