Job Description

QSHE Advisor – FMCG | £40,000-45,000 | West Dunbartonshire Are you passionate about Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental excellence? Do you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments where compliance and continuous improvement go hand in hand? We’re currently partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer based in West Dunbartonshire in search of an experienced QSHE Advisor to support site-wide performance, drive regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture. Key Responsibilities: Champion Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) practices across the site Lead site audits and inspections; support external audit readiness (BRC, ISO, etc.) Maintain and develop management systems for HACCP, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards Deliver training and toolbox talks to drive employee awareness and engagement Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective actions for non-conformances Monitor and report on KPIs related to incidents, compliance, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For: Proven QSHE experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of H&S and manufacturing safety legislation (HACCP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, BRCGS) NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) preferred Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent influencing skills Comfortable communicating across all levels of the business What’s on Offer: Competitive salary of up to £45,000 DOE Opportunity to shape QSHE culture and systems within a respected FMCG operation Strong progression and development opportunities A collaborative and fast-moving team environment
