Operations Support Manager

Location:Worksop, Notts, S81 7AY Salary: circa £50,000 per annum benefits Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Mon-Fri 08:00 - 16:30) Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting teams to thrive? Join us at Premier Foods as an Operations Support Manager , where you'll play a key role in standardising processes, enhancing team capability, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our Worksop site, where we have four manufacturing centres making products such as Bisto, Oxo and Batchelors Super Noodles! What You'll Be Doing Supporting the Site Operations Manager and Centre Managers in delivering consistent operational standards. Coaching and mentoring Shift Leads to develop future managerial talent. Championing health, safety, and environmental initiatives across all sites. Leading 5S and continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the CI team. Enhancing communication and collaboration across departments and sites. Promoting inclusive and effective employee relations aligned with our values. Supporting training standardisation and compliance in partnership with L&D.
