Job Opportunity: Associate Director - Property Management Location : Leeds (with portfolio coverage across the North) Department : Property Management Reporting to : Director Level : Associate Director About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic Property Management team based in Leeds. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio commercial properties across the North of England. This is a hands-on role requiring immediate ownership of your portfolio, with a focus on delivering high-quality property management services and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for a portfolio commercial sites including key clients. Conduct regular site inspections and manage follow-up actions. Liaise with internal teams including lease advisory, building consultancy, and rural specialists. Maintain and update lease/tenancy schedules. Manage income arrears and recovery processes. Prepare and present reports for client meetings. Oversee due diligence for acquisitions and disposals. Ensure compliance with health & safety and property management standards. What we need from you: Degree-qualified, MRICS preferred but not essential. Proven experience in commercial property management. Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for site visits). Desirable Skills: Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., TRAMPS, Yardi, Meridian, RiskWise). Financial acumen including budgeting, arrears recovery, and service charge management. Technologically savvy and process-driven. Experience managing or mentoring junior staff. Opportunities: Work with a leading real estate consultancy on a high-profile client portfolio.
