Senior Business Analyst - IT Implementation - Temporary

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst and passionate about IT implementation projects? Are you an expert in working with complex IT initiatives? As a Senior Business Analyst within our organization, you play a key role in bridging the gap between business and IT. With extensive experience in gathering detailed requirements, conducting impact and gap analyses, and guiding the implementation of system and process improvements, you are an integral part of our team. We are looking for an analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative professional who can make sound decisions both strategically and operationally. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate their requirements into concrete functional and technical specifications; Identifying gaps between current systems/processes and desired functionalities, and conducting impact analysis to determine potential risks and opportunities; Creating detailed requirement documents and use cases that provide clear direction to technical teams on what needs to be built; Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle; Assisting the QA team and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all deliverables meet the required quality standards; Leading the implementation of new IT systems and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes; Being part of a multidisciplinary team, working according to Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure continuous improvement and project delivery efficiency.
