Accounts Payables Clerk (JB5522) Allens Nek, Roodepoort, Johannesburg (On-site) R20 R25 000 CTC per month Permanent An established business based in Roodepoort is seeking a hands-on Accounts Payables Clerk with solid experience in logistics and supply chain environments. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is confident managing supplier accounts in a fast-paced, internationally connected operation. Youll be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable processes from invoice capture and supplier recons to payment allocations while working closely with the logistics and operations teams. International exposure and knowledge of cross-border supply chain processes will be highly advantageous. Minimum Requirements: 3 years experience in an accounts payable role, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment Experience with international suppliers or global logistics highly beneficial Strong working knowledge of Excel, Xero, Notion, and Slack Excellent reconciliation and payment allocation skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment Based in or able to commute to Allens Nek, Roodepoort Duties and Responsibilities: Capture, process, and reconcile supplier invoices Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve any account discrepancies Allocate supplier payments accurately and timeously Liaise with local and international suppliers to resolve queries Work closely with logistics and operations teams on payment timing and supplier coordination Maintain accurate records and ensure payment schedules are met Assist with finance admin and reporting as required Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
