Degree in Information Systems Relevant Unix/Linux/Red Hat certification ITIL process knowledge and work experience Proven experience with Unix/Linux operating systems (SUSE) VCS/VCP Qualification in Veritas Infoscale Storage and Availability or equivalent experience (5 years in a service provider environments) in predominantly linux environments Proven experience in operations or process management in complex environments Tolerance for managing high and critical incidents in high-pressure environments Extensive experience in IT-Operations, standby support and ticket management Proficiency in scripting languages such as Terraform, Python, Bash, or PowerShell Excellent organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities Understanding and adapting to PIC processes Deep ITSM knowledge, preferably in Servicenow or Remedy Experience with SAP and Oracle systems in terms of management, maintenance, OS patching and day to day monitoring Confluence / Jira Please send CV to: colleent@jordanhr.co.za If you have not received any feedback within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful
