• Supervise and support a team of Substance Use Counselors to ensure high standards of patient care
• Manage intake processes and assign/manage counselor caseloads effectively
• Maintain a manageable personal caseload while ensuring documentation compliance and timely clinical reporting
• Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members
• Step in as Acting Treatment Center Director when needed

• Active Ohio licensure as LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LISW, or LPCC
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with chemically dependent individuals
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a clinical or treatment setting
• Strong ethical standards, empathy, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
