Skills and knowledge Possess an A grade qualification by means of trade test in motor mechanics. Product knowledge and experience on a brand variety of vehicles. Understanding and knowhow of utilizing diagnostic equipment for diagnosing of vehicles in need of repair. You have the knowledge of current aftersales IT tools, applications and are able to make use of these tools to facilitate the servicing and repairs of vehicles. Qualities and minimum requirements Willingness to attend OEM training to keep up to date with new products entering the market. Self-learning and keeping up to date with current and new products. Carry our service and repairs aligned to OEM requirements with minimal comebacks. Sell the minimum required 9 hours per day. Be punctual and arrive at work on time. Willingness to perform overtime work when required to do so. Be motivated to excel and overachieve for any targets, goals and ambitions set out by the company.
