Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the initial contact point for all visitors and incoming communications, creating a positive and professional first impression Handle phone and email inquiries, directing them to the correct individuals or departments as needed Keep the front-of-house area tidy, presentable, and organized throughout the day Provide administrative assistance including data capture, document sorting, and routine clerical support Work regularly with Excel for basic reporting and financial updates Support with reconciling basic accounts related to payments and receipts when required Gather and organize monthly receipts and expense slips for fuel and company card usage Coordinate internal bookings such as meetings, appointments, and room reservations Oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist teams across the business with day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and kitchen essentials Uphold confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive or private information Candidate Profile: Previous experience in a front-desk or office support role is essential Competent with Microsoft Office tools especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and able to manage time and competing priorities efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting Professional demeanor with a service-oriented attitude
