Job Description

Responsibilities Operational Support Assist in managing daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and room service Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly Staff Supervision & Training Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of F&B staff Schedule shifts and allocate duties to optimize productivity Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching I nventory & Cost Control Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality Assist in budgeting and monthly profit/loss reviews Quality & Hygiene Standards Enforce health and safety regulations across all F&B areas Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance Maintain high standards of food presentation and service E vent & Function Coordination Assist in planning and executing lodge events, themed dinners, and special occasions Liaise with guests and other departments to ensure seamless experiences Requirements Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality / Food & Beverage Management 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a lodge or resort Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid drivers license and own transport
