The firm is open to Individuals with 2 year PQE in Personal Injury . They can pay a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 annum depending upon experience. Key Responsibilities as a Personal Injury Solicitor: Manage a caseload of industrial disease claims, from initial instruction to settlement or trial. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and, where necessary, court proceedings. Experience in drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, pleading, witness statements and settlement arrangements.
