Senior Data Analyst Remote (UK-Based) Up to £60,000 Benefits Fintech | Personal Loans | Full Data Ownership We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join a fast-scaling fintech that’s redefining how personal loans are delivered. Backed by a trusted UK insurance brand, the business has already lent £500M to over 50,000 customers since 2019, and they’re just getting started. This is a remote-first role (UK-based), where you’ll play a key part in building and optimising a modern data ecosystem, from ingestion to insight, with real business impact. Your Day-to-Day: Step into a strategic, hands-on role where data drives every decision. Own the full data lifecycle. You’ll ingest, stage, and transform raw data (including CRA & Open Banking) into structured Snowflake tables. Build and improve BI suites. Create self-service dashboards and models that support teams across credit, marketing, and digital. Define KPIs and shape strategy. Translate high-level business problems into actionable insight by identifying what really matters. Drive reporting excellence. Build reporting tools that are insightful, scalable, and evolve with the needs of the business. Support a major data transformation. Play a central role in replatforming and consolidating the data stack as the business scales. What You'll Bring: Solid SQL and a strong understanding of data principles Experience with ETL pipelines, ideally in a cloud environment (Snowflake preferred, but not required) Ability to build strategic BI reporting tools and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with CRA data, Open Banking, or financial services data A proactive mindset.
