Job description Recruitment Consultant Truro | Full-time | Permanent £28,000 Uncapped Commission Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take ownership of a warm desk and drive business growth? Winners Recruitment are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow an established client and candidate base across industrial and/or commercial. You’ll inherit a warm desk with immediate revenue potential and be expected to further develop the business by identifying new opportunities across the South West. What You'll Be Doing: Managing an existing client portfolio and candidate database. Full 360 recruitment Developing new business and nurturing strong client relationships. Using our CRM system to manage your desk independently. Working towards realistic KPIs and targets in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 1 years' experience in recruitment with a proven track record of achieving targets. A driven and competitive nature with the resilience to handle pressure. Excellent negotiation and communication skills . A team player with an outgoing, personable approach. Someone who thrives in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
