CREATIVE VIDEO STORYTELLER & EDITOR – FAST-GROWING CONSUMER BRAND We’re working with a rapidly scaling brand looking to expand its creative team with the addition of a talented Creative Videographer & Editor. This is a key opportunity to take ownership of short-form video production across paid and organic channels, crafting standout content that engages audiences and drives growth. If you've got a track record of producing & editing engaging paid social content that delivers commercial impact for another consumer brand we'd love to hear from you. What they need – Someone with experience in video editing and content production, ideally within consumer, ecommerce, or lifestyle-led brand A video specialist who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are in the editing suite - concepting, shooting, and edit content for paid and organic platforms Someone with a native feel for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging video formats A digital creative who’s excited by delivering work at pace, ideating fast and working closely with marketing, brand, and social teams to grow brand awareness and engagement Someone who brings initiative and energy, and thrives in a growth-focused, remote-friendly environment (requirement to be accessible to London for ad-hoc shoots/events etc) What you're great at – Coming up with great visual concepts that translate across organic and paid social Editing and delivering polished video assets optimised for Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels Crafting scroll-stopping ads, social clips, and product-focused videos with emotional hooks and smart CTAs Shooting short-form content quickly using a phone or camera – both self-shot and talent-directed Managing multiple edits and feedback cycles while maintaining creative quality and clarity Organising video assets, refining scripting, and evolving creative approaches based on data and audience insights What you'll get – Flexible remote-first working setup Autonomy and ownership within a growing creative team A chance to shape the video identity of a high-growth brand
