Supplier Quality Engineer [F/M/X

Job Responsibilities: Visit suppliers to evaluate their processes and collaborate on improvement initiatives. Follow up on quality issues with suppliers and during incoming goods inspections, working closely with the procurement and engineering teams. Provide input for and evaluate technical purchasing specifications. Assess change requests from suppliers. Manage the Global Supplier Audit Program, including planning, conducting audits, reporting, and follow-up actions. Collaborate with purchasing and engineering departments in selecting new suppliers and developing existing ones. Support the quality department in conducting internal audits, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and enhancing business processes and quality documentation. Knowledge and Skills Required: Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO-9001; ISO-13485 is a plus). Experience with methodologies such as Lean, 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Ability to read technical drawings and create specifications. Proficiency in measurement methods and tools. Strong auditing skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities. Additional Requirements: Relevant educational background (MBO/HBO) in a technical field (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering). A minimum of 3 years of experience in an assembly or production environment. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
