Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support investment decisions and operational improvements. Prepare monthly management packs, forecasts, and variance analysis. Support M&A and capital project evaluations across African jurisdictions. Travel frequently to African sites (up to 50%) to collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders. ✠Requirements: CA(SA) recently qualified or up to 1 year post-articles. Matric with distinctions (academic excellence is non-negotiable). Strong interpersonal skills well spoken, confident, and professional. Willingness and enthusiasm for frequent travel into Africa . Previous exposure to mining or industrial sectors (advantageous but not essential).
