Blockman

Duties: Cutting, deboning and trimming various types of meat Portioning meat as per customer or shop requirements Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment Ensuring proper storage, rotation and labelling of meat Assisting customers with meat selections and providing advice Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages Complying with food safety, health and hygiene regulations Ensuring quality control and freshness of products. Requirements: Must have experience as a Blockman Knowledge of meat cuts (beef, lamb, pork, chicken) Knife skills and use of butchery equipment Familiar with hygiene and safety regulations Able to work under pressure and meet targets Honest, reliable and physically fit Willing to work weekends and public holidays How to Apply: Please attached your CV, ID Copy, and relevant certificates.
