What Youll Do: Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade software systems Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Drive architectural decisions and code quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements Research and implement modern technologies and best practices Tech Stack (we use, but not limited to): C#, .NET Core / Java / Node.js, PHP React / Angular / Vue.js (frontend) SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MongoDB Docker, Kubernetes, Azure / AWS Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools What Were Looking For: 5 years of hands-on software development experience Strong knowledge of backend and/or full-stack development Proficiency in modern development practices (SOLID, TDD, clean code, etc.) Experience with microservices and cloud-based architectures Excellent problem-solving and communication skills A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (preferred) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
