Minimum requirements: BSc/BTech Degree in Project Management and professional registration as a Project Manager - not negotiable Preferably based in Cape Town Minimum 8 years of experience SACPCMP registration is not negotiable Experience in government health projects is advantageous or at least experience in high complexity construction projects Sound working knowledge and experience with JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential. exposure to NEC 3 and 4 contracts is beneficial Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (Construction and PSP fees) is beneficial STRONG project management and delegation skills Able to work under strict deadlines Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills Consultant: Abigail Smith - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
