Process Engineer

Job Title: Process Engineer Location: Eindhoven Area Employment Type: Full-time About the Role A leading company in the medical technology sector is seeking a proactive and hands-on Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. You will play a key role in process validation and documentation within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes Perform and support process and equipment validation activities Prepare and maintain quality and regulatory documentation Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues Support continuous improvement initiatives Candidate Profile Education & Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBO4 or Bachelor’s level) 2–4 years of industry experience, preferably in a regulated environment Familiarity with process validation, mechanical systems, and equipment validation Experience in MedTech is a plus, but not required Personal Attributes: Independent and proactive Willing to learn from feedback and adapt Comfortable working in a smaller team setting Flexible with working hours Language Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
