Operations Manager – Tholen Make an impact in a dynamic logistics environment As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily management and further professionalization of a modern warehouse. You optimize processes, develop your team, and contribute directly to the organization’s growth. Your responsibilities Lead three to four warehouse supervisors and take overall responsibility for all logistics operations. Drive process optimization, digitalization, and automation to ensure efficiency and future readiness. Develop and position team members based on their strengths and capabilities. Focus on continuous improvement, quality awareness, and a clear long-term vision. Balance operational needs with strategic objectives while managing different interests. Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Minimum of three years experience as a Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager. Proven track record in leading teams within a logistics or comparable environment. Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset. Ability to work in Tholen, The Netherlands. Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus, not a requirement.
