About the Role: As a Reverse Logistics Packaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate packaging and labeling of medical devices. Your responsibilities will include performing packaging and labeling tasks, maintaining documentation, and fostering continuous improvement within our processes. Work Location: This position is based at our European Logistics Center (ELC) in Venlo, the Netherlands . Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and complete labeling of medical device packaging and cartons Package, label, and box products according to specifications and work instructions Perform area clearance and maintain line separation during production Check availability and pick required packaging materials for work orders Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Support validation testing for products and packaging when needed Execute approved changes to part numbers and revision levels Ensure compliance with Arthrex Quality System Requirements Provide support to other departments when repackaging is not required Your Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment Proficiency in English is required; German and/or Dutch is a plus Strong communication skills and a hands-on, proactive attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player Your Skills & Knowledge Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions Solid understanding of product assembly, visual inspection, and labeling processes Familiarity with BOMs, routers, and their role in manufacturing Experience with ERP/PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Documentum, Agile) Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Why Arthrex?
